How To Use This Format

  1. Open The downloaded "site_report.xlsx" file in MS Excel. First row contains column headers. Do not change any of them.
  2. Second row contains sample site report entries. You can change this row to suit your needs.
  3. Keep adding as many rows you want below this second row as per your needs.
  4. Copy the Second Row in the following row and select the appropriate values from the Select Box for each column.
  5. Repeat the above step for all the remaining rows you want to add.
  6. After you finish, save the file with the same name and extension as "site_report.csv" (this is compulsary) in a known folder on your computer.

Where To Use This Format

  1. Click the "BMS Home" button on the top of this page, and then click 'Login" button to Sign-in to this product.
  2. After signing-in the product, go to Post-Sales » Site Report » Report Status.
  3. On This page click on "Choose File" Button. A Dialog Box will appear to select the file.
  4. Go to the folder where you saved the file. Select the "site_report.csv" file you created earlier and click the "Open" button below in the dialog window.
  5. Then click the blue "Import" Button.

The site report will be imported in the application. If there are errors, they will be shown to you. Open the "site_report.csv" file and check and correct errors and repeat the above process.
